Pursuant to Art. 4, para. 1 of the Ordinance on the terms and conditions for performing environmental impact assessment (EIA Ordinance, SG No. 25/2003, as amended and supplemented)
VESS Ltd. hereby informs all interested natural and legal persons of the following investment proposal: Construction of a Vanadium Redox Flow Battery manufacturing plant, located on land plot with identifier 27214.30.17, Bobaka area, according to the cadastral map of the village of Elenino, Stara Zagora Municipality.
